🔁 Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
All EasyTrip products are **digital downloads** (PDF itineraries, maps, and checklists). Because of the immediate and downloadable nature of these products, refunds are handled carefully to prevent abuse while still ensuring fair treatment.
- No general refunds: We do not offer automatic refunds once a digital product has been delivered.
- Exceptions: We will issue refunds in the following cases only:
- Duplicate purchase (you bought the same guide twice by mistake).
- Technical delivery failure (file link broken and we cannot deliver a working file within 48 hours).
- How to request: Email info@easytrip.com with your order email, order ID (if any), and a short description. We aim to respond within 48 business hours.
- Disputes: If a payment provider (PayPal / Stripe / platform) opens a dispute, we will cooperate and provide evidence of delivery.
